This page is the public web resource for requesting deletion of a Melna account and the data we store with it. You do not need the app installed to use the email option below.

Request deletion by email (works if you already uninstalled Melna)

Email [email protected] with subject line Melna account deletion. Include the email address you used to sign in. We will verify the request and delete or anonymise associated account data.

In the Melna app

Open Melna and sign in.
Open Profile (your name / photo on Home, or the Profile tab).
Open the Account section.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

That in-app path deletes the account. It is not a freeze or pause.

Before you delete

If you have a Melna Pro subscription, cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions so it does not renew after deletion.
Export anything you want to keep first (Profile export, where available).

What we delete

After a verified request we delete or anonymise associated Melna account data (profile, food and workout logs, coach chat stored with your account, and related cloud records) within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention (for example limited billing or security records).
